I have used Purple Wraath and had good results. You can "feel" it work, and should probably start with 1/2 dose. No, really... I used it before my runs and it provided some extra endurance. It is also full of BCAA;s and will assist in that department as well jeffh3c

I used Xtend for the longest time with decent results and then decided to try something new and switch to Purple Wraath. I cannot tell you how happy I have become while doing so. My results have sky rocketed. I feel this is a much better product and is great for any type of results. Bulking or Cutting. Amazing.

i bought this to use as a pre-workout drink because i workout around 8oclock now. it gives me some energy and gets me through my routine. the taste is the only thing i don't like about it. its kind of tangy in a sweet and sour way. its a good product now that i don't breathe out of my nose after i take a sip anymore.
