Great taste and noticeable effects By: Darryl

I love this product and it was my first from CL. I now have 4 CL products and love them all, thinking about 5. This has good taste, just leave it in the fridge for maybe 30 minutes, i also like to use at least 20 oz for each scoop, i'm sure 32 oz for 2 scoops would be great. Also put some ice cubes in your bottle when you take it with you

Taste is not amazing, but you get used to it. It is not bad ( I have version 3 which is sweeter and better tasting 1084 gms) . I noticed a lot less DOMS even during grueling sessions ( 90 min + ) I also noticed that I get more DOMS if I drink it all at the begining half of my workout rather than through the entire workout. Recovery between sets has improved but not drastically yet ( its been 3 weeks and about 12 workouts. at this rate it will last 45 workouts (I supplement with extra Beta alanine on off days and workout days)

This has quickly become a staple amongst my suppliments along with creatine. The increased energy and focus during my workouts is awesome. I have also noticed a major decrease in muscle soreness after workouts.
