I haven't taken vitamins since i was a flintstone's kid. I just got these in this week and after being pretty down beat from work for years, I took my first regiment that night and was awake at 2am till 9 the next evening just juiced on energy. Also took it with some Fish Oil Extract. So yea, there is a huge impact from vitamins. I had to cut the dosage down so i can sleep through the night.

3 in the am and 3 before bed...overall a great complete formula....and to Steve, what were you expecting to feel? It's a freakin super multivitamin idiot.

I tried the original formula, but with the recent upgrades to the formula, I think this is a pretty good value MultiVitamin. A bit more expensive than ADAM, but now its pretty comparable on the multivitamin side and the added joint/immune support makes it shine. Its good to have your bases covered!

Really not worth it. I tried this product for 6 months and didn't notice any difference from my normal multi-v Adam. The extra cost just doesn't add up to any extra benifit. I gave it a fair chance at 6 months of continual usage.

For the price of all it has its worth it! I take 3 in the morning and 3 before bed everyday, and my joints feel better too! A lot better than taking a whole pack, and a lot better than giving my money to a commission hungry GNC employee!

A multivitamin designed for people who lift & train??? Finally. A multivitamin that is powerful enough to keep me healthy and support my hectic days as well. My joints feel great on this stuff, and I barely get sick in the winter. I've bought things for digestion, immunity, joints and multi before and it ran me much more $$$ than this product

Orange triad is 4 products in one, and you can notice all 4. Digestion, immune, joint, and multi. So far my joints are feeling better, digestion is supposed to make you stop farting :) and yeah it helps, immune: haven't gotten sick, and all the extra macro's Cheap and effective.
