Nearly thru a tub of this. Outside of the fantastic profile GF has, the taste is superb. It helps that I'm a lemon fan, but this mixed in with some oatmeal/cream of wheat is like eating dessert for my postWO meal. Awesome job CL!

Initial (first serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance to this product, combine ½ scoop of Gold Feast™ with 4 oz of water for a tangy/sweet shake or 8 oz for a refreshing shake, mix with a spoon, and consume it anytime. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Regular Use: Add 2 Scoops of Gold Feast™ into 20-32 oz of cold water, and consume it whenever you need a healthful meal. Make sure to mix the powder with a spoon as shaking it will cause a foam to appear on the surface. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
