Blue Gene in particular has given me the best recovery I've ever had. Which in turn has helped me bust through my plateau. I got the best results running 3 bottles successively. It seemed to help me lean out, and provided for good recovery. Take the 5 pill dosage before your workouts and your recovery is great and you feel much better the day after taking this. My gains weren't through the roof, this isn't a ph or steroid, but there was deff a difference.
