Both sucks and blows at the same time By: Tyler

spending 40 bucks for 180 grams of creatine and 120 grams of glutamine would be a little bit silly if the product tasted good. Since this product tastes bad and seems to contain more added food colorings than any other product I have ever used, it would pretty much be stupid to purchase it. When I mixed this with about 10 ounces of water, it was disgustingly over-sweetened and artificial tasting (kind of reminded me of the time I tried a crystal light slurpee from 7-11 only it was somehow even worse). When I put a packet of this in a gallon of water it looked like I was carrying a bottle of fake blood around with me. Buy 500 grams of Nutraplanet creatine monohydrate for 10 bucks (or any of their other bulk creatines) and 500 grams of Nutraplanet glutamine for 15 bucks. If you think that the creatine in cellmass is any different, you are wrong. That will be about the same as 3 jugs of this garbage and both are tasteless and dissolve in anything. There, I just saved you 80 bucks ...You're welcome.

This is one of two BSN products that I recommend. I've done several cycles of Cellmass together with NO Xplode and I believe that the combination increases intensity and dramatically increases recovery time. I have seen muscle growth and strength gains while taking this product. Get the Grape flavor! Arctic Berry is not very good at all!
