Sesamin is a naturally occurring lignan present in sesame oil. Sesathin softgels Directions:

Take 2 capsules (750mg sesamin) 2 times per day, with meals.  Those who tend to store bodyfat easily may benefit from up to two-fold higher dosing.  Those who are naturally lean may prefer to use 1/2 the recommended dosing.  Likewise, an increase or decrease in calories +/- 500 calories from maintenance would warrant higher or lower dosing, respectively.
