Sesamin is a naturally occurring lignan present in sesame oil. It possesses great potential for decreasing fat mass and in fighting obesity and metabolic syndrome, via its effects on fatty acid oxidation and adipogenic gene expression. This product was the first sesamin product and is the best still IMO! It worked well for me on cheat days.. also helped with joints and help me shed some fat.. Just an overall "health type" product with fatloss capability!!

Not only takes fat off like crazy, but prevents fat gain from an ocassional all-out gluttonous rampage of beer and pizza. I will be taking this for the rest of my life.
