They are wonderful little snacks. However, I would have to say that they are more for bulking, I imagine. It's real food. Real convenient ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Tasted alright, if you're tired of protein bars this is a good change of things. Not something I'd eat everyday for a snack, maybe just every now and then. A little too sweet for my taste.
