I used to be an Animal Pak guy, but the # of pills was too much. This gives a great nutritional profile with only 2 a day. One for breakfast and one with dinner, it is a winner in my book.

nice multi vitamin inexpensive and easy with one pill I usually mix one of these in the morn and an animal pak in tha PM works good I guess shipping was veryy quick also
