I only take 1 cap, and it gives me nice clean energy.. makes me sweat a fair bit too! Def a product worth buying, you can actually feel it. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I just started using Phenadrine and Its pretty good energy good focus. Been sweating alot got my cardio on point ! will def buy another bottle. taking with seamin/fish oil / multi/and anabolic pump

This is by far and way the best stim product I have ever used. Absolutely insane energy and focus that is clean and completely jitter and crash free. I will purchase this product for as long as APS makes it.

I have never been sensitive to stimulants or preworkout supplements. The only thing I really ever felt was clen. Phenadrine gave me great energy throughout my workout and even after my workout I was feeling jacked up. I would say that this is the best preworkout supplement I have tried so far.

Phenadrine Directions:
Take one capsule 40 minutes before workout. After assessing tolerance, experienced users may increase to two capsules 30 minutes before workout. Phenadrine is also an amazing fat burner! If you are taking for fat loos only, then take one capsules in the morning or early afternoon. DO NOT EXCEED TWO CAPSULES OF PHENADRINE A DAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Take at least 2 days off every week.
