Been taking this product for about a week now and like it a lot. Some benefits are enhanced concentration at work and gym, appetite suppression - basically this has me eating standard plate sizes and then I feel way too full to continue (something that has not happened since I used Slim Xtreme) and my body's metabolism has sped up because my sweat glands are on overdrive.
I only take one capsule a day, in the morning between 5:30am and 5:45am. That pill lasts a full day for me.
Side note: It can cause a bit of sleeplessness but I wonder if it's the tall Pike Place roast I drink in the morning as well???
Overall, this product is a 4 star product for me.

I got those black beauties on pre-sale, price is hard to beat, but they're extremely weak, I always end up taking 25-50 mg of geranamine with them. No appetite suppresion whatsoever, but good to stack with other products.

1 cap provides clean, lasting energy that lasts me for 16-18 hours, and has me bouncing around the gym during training, not even having to take a second dose!...2 caps, and I am WIRED, and within 15 minutes of dosing first thing, I am wide awake and alert and bouncing around like an excitable puppy, thumping up and down the stairs, "stimmed out of your mind", as my husband calls it...Since using BLACK CATS, my appetite has been ANNIHILATED - and it's NOT from stress, which can cause me to swing both ways - and for me to NOT be hungry, and not want be able to or to want to keep eating once I start, is HUGE. Nothing else has done this for me re appetite, and BLACK CATS makes "dieting" for competition so much EASIER, instead of a constant daily battle...Stack BLACK CATS with IGF-2, and it is my ULTIMATE and favourite stack, and delivers EVERYthing I want AND need!

worked very well for me, felt energy within about 30-45 minutes after taking 2 caps, i rarely take stims so that may be why it worked so well but i definitely loved them!

They work great for me. One gives me a ton of energy, and two almost gives me too much! I would recommend these to anyone looking for a cheap, effective way to stay energized.
