i started this yesterday and i gotta say, it works!!!!... although, i was real jittery from using it.... definitely got a huge pump and my workout was non-stop, i only took like 10-20 sec rest breaks yet i was still able to lift noticeably heavier than i normally would with 30sec rest in between sets... the only downfall to this product is the jitters that i had for about 2-3 hours...and yeah, don't take this after 5pm... i did 'cause i had no choice with work ending at 4:30 and my workout starting at 6....so sleep was somewhat affected.... but the pump was definitely worth it!!! my arm is sore now, but the GOOD KIND!!! thanks AX!! love your products (as always!)....too bad it's a lot of $$$
