I started off with 1 pill but I was still having hunger pains but still lost 7 lbs , so after 20 days of having the product I started taking 2 pills and it makes me feel a whole lot better than just taking 1 pill. The affects of taking 2 pills has caused me to be less nervous, have a decreased appitite, drink more water, crave fruits and veggies, and for some reason I get nausea from cheese especially american kraft cheese. My goal is to lose about 20 more pounds in the nexy couple of weeks and I'm ordering my second bottle tonight, I will recommended this product to people. I decided to take a chance and try SX while running the Ultimate Diet 2.0. I've done the diet successfully before but it was extremely difficult during the low calorie portion of the diet. (eating around 1500 calories/day M-Thursday) I' decided to give SX a run with this diet and it has made the diet a cake walk. It's really like putting on cheat codes as I never have any cravings and I feel completely satisfied after 300-400 calorie meal. Energy wise this stuff delivers. I've usually work 8-10 hours a day and I workout late night around 10. My workouts are usually short, one bodypart at a time and they aren't always as intense as I'd like them to be. The Ultimate Diet has me performing full body workouts that leave you completely exhausted. SX has provided me with the energy and mental focus to dominate these workouts. I don't run out of gas and while the workouts are still challenging, it is becoming routine to work 8-10 hours then lift with high intensity for 90 minutes on half of my maintainance calories. The stuff is extremely potent as others have warned. This is my 6th day on SX and I will attest that the first few nights I had trouble sleeping. My body has acclimated to the effects and now I have been getting normal sleep the past few nights. I plan on running SX 4-5 days a week that way I give my body a little bit of a break on the weekends. I have only been using 1 pill a day as I see no benefit in increasing the dosage. I have a high tolerance for stimulants so I haven't had any problems with jitters or sleeplessness. yet I still feel energized. Initially I was worried that if I took it in the morning the effects would die down by the time I worked out mid afternoon, However, I'd just drink an energy drink and It was never really an issue. The appetite suppression is great. Though it took a me a couple of days to get used to it. Once I adjusted my eating habits, it was fine. Remembering to eating became more of a conscious effort, which is fine with me because I was able to be really selective about what I ate and not have to worry about still feeling hungry afterward. As others have said, make sure you keep your protein levels up if maintaining muscle mass is a concern for you. The only issue I have, which isn't really a big deal, was my moods tended to be more extreme. I feel SX by itself actually had a positive effect on my mood, but when the carbs start getting low I became more impatient and irritable but not terribly so. I cant say for certain SX was the reason for this, but the swings seemed to be worse than usual. Overall my experience has been great. However given its nature, I can see how some people could get into trouble taking this product. If you do decided to try it take it slow and follow the directions. For me the appetite suppression on this is amazing. 1 cap in the morning and I can pretty much not eat the entire day and really have to force myself to eat something. Anxiety though is pretty scary for me if I take this for more then 2-3 days in a row, and DEFINITELY if I take more then 1 a day. I was looking forward to the wedding and had taken one of these in the morning, actually worked out, but then decided to take another one around 2:00 pm. She was going to be at my place to get me at around 4:30. She's newly divorced, and I'm single and her and I had recently gone on a "date" to catch up, but it turns out it was a real date if that makes sense. She had invited me out to dinner in what i thought was just to catch up. Turns out she wanted me to kiss her at the end blah blah and we planned on this wedding being a "real date" Basically those few hours before she picked me up were like hell...i had so much anxiety about overthinking my game plan here with this girl...she came to my door looking super sexy, and i didn't even kiss her hello. I had more energy than I knew what to do with and my appetite was definitely suppressed. Now here is the bad news. After 14 days I started to develop severe migraines and chest pains. When I felt the chest pains getting worse I went to the nearest CVS and got my blood pressure checked and it was extremely high. I have never had a history of heart trouble or migraines, and 2 days after I stopped taking this product they went away. I also had trouble falling asleep while using this product and I never took more than 1 pill a day. I am a swim instructor and I teach lots of really little kids. After 4 hours of teaching I normally feel so drained but while on slim xtreme I feel like I could teach for another 10 hours. This is great for me because it makes me really enjoy my job and I also feel really good that I can give so much more energy to the kids. I really like to jump right into things so I started a 2 pills in the morning and it felt great. This morning I decided to give 3 pills a shot to see what it would be like. It is incredibly intense. I feel like the effects are twice as strong. I do think that I would definately be to much for some people to handle so I recomend following the directions. If u have heart problems don't even touch this stuff becuase it definatle increases my heart rate. The only bad side effect I have had from slim xtreme is I have a really hard time falling alseep at night. I work out every day and although I was in the best shape of my life from a strength and cardiovascular perspective, I could not maintain clean eating! Seriously, if you're not careful, it can get right on top of you. I noticed that after a few weeks of taking it regularly my thinking became more and more paranoid, and I started to get more and more interested in conspiracy theories. I've read reviews of some people actually having ER visits due to full-blown amphetamine-related psychosis. With that caveat, here's my review of the claimed effects of the supplement: appetite suppressant: minimum for me, but I don't ever get a suppressant effect from stimulants energy: excellent. will push you through workouts you wouldn't normally finish strength: not a claimed effect, but with the added energy I felt I was pushing a little more weight focus: potent, but a weird kind of focus that's a little harder to control that what you'd get from ADHD meds mood elevation: very good, but will give you a tendency to get a little too pumped/manic, and can sometimes lead to paranoid thinking weight loss: excellent, but be careful to take in a ton of protein and maybe some other anti-catabolic supplements to avoid losing excessive muscle tissue Overall: Like most strong supplements, it has the potential to cause strong sides. I really don't care about the energy but the appetite supression effects. I'm extremely resistant to stims so I thought I would try this while cycling off ECA stack. This stuff is beyond strong. One pill in the morning on a empty stomach is all it takes. Good focus...maybe a bit too good...kind of a hypnotic sense...hard to explain. Appetite suppression is very good and lasts all day. I took one pill yesterday morning and that night slept from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and theres no going back to sleep. For me taking more than 2 days in a row would be unwise. Be very careful with this product. I highly suggest taking this on a day where you don't have to work or anything important the next day to test it out. I delayed starting SX Slim Xtreme to try thermalean as it was allergy season and I read that ephedra also helps with the sinus. The reason I mention this is because I have not felt any bad side effects from Hydroxy cut or thermalean, maybe some jitterness from caffeine but nothing else. Now that allergy season is over, and my bottle of thermalean is empty, I decide to start SX Slim Xtreme. The following is my experience: Day 1 morning: drank 2 on a full stomach, didn't realize it should be empty until after drinking, Day 1 evening: drank 2 on a almost empty stomach in the late afternoon. I felt the usual energetic self. Day 2 morning: drank 2 on a empty stomach Day 2 evening: forgot to drink evening 2. I felt normal, a little energetic in the morning but not bad. Day 3 morning (today): drank 2 on an empty stomach Day 3 evening: drank 2 more on an empty I feel real bad. Not at health risk bad, but drugged up bad. It feels like I popped a cap of ecstasy that lasts super long. Man this is real unprofessional. I have not been near drugs for over 10 years, but can clearly compare what I'm feeling now to popping a cap of ecstasy. Good Appetite Suppresion By: jerryReview posted on: Sun Jun 28 12:57:05 -0400 2009 I gave this four stars because the appetite suppression was very good, and the energy is fairly smooth and seemed to last around 6 or 7 hours with a comparatively light come down, and as a bonus, these are pretty nice for studying and concentration (I'm a 'racetam fan, so the Aniracetam is a nice addition). I'm used to taking stimulants and have tried many of them, one pill gives me decent energy, wakefulness, and mental clarity without the shaky 'my heart is going to jump out of my chest feeling'. I don't feel I need to go over one pill a day to get a desired effect though. Definitely don't take this with your morning cup of coffee or you will be over stimulated. The people that are having anxiety issues may have a mineral imbalance, so be sure you are getting basic nutrients such as minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc) and water before you take a powerful product like SX. A McDonalds breakfast, and a Centrum Silver washed down with a liter of Diet Coke will not qualify you as 'meeting all nutritional requirements'. I really had no problems with sleeping, but I take melatonin, ZMA, and a small dose of GABA before bed on work days to ensure a solid nights sleep...so that probably would have off-set any sleep issues. This product has done for me what no other product ever has...it killed all of my junk food cravings! I haven't had a single bag of chips or cookies in months. I don't even think about junk food anymore! I eat 6 times per day, healthy meals and snacks...eggs, yogurt, whole grains, lots of berries, fruits, veggies, nuts, and lean protein. I am never hungry! I stacked the SX with Lean FX, another great product. I have lost 23 pounds so far and dropped 2 pant sizes in about 2 months. I take one SX and one LFX in the morning with 16 ounces of water. I take another Lean FX right before bed. I never have any side effects from either of the products. I never feel the energy wear off. No jitters or heart racing or headaches, which was my biggest fear about taking stimulants. My blood pressure is always normal. I never have trouble sleeping, and I still drink caffeinated coffee, iced coffee, and tea throughout the day. I never feel cravings for food, but I am hungry enough to eat and enjoy my meals. What I love most about Slim Xtreme is that when I take one in the morning, a few hours later I get this strong desire to do something physical. It's not a "climbing the walls" urge to excercise..it's more like a "what a great day to be outside..where are my roller blades?" type of urge. The first 2 or 3 days and this stuff is great. From that point on, it goes downhill fast. I read all the reviews before trying it out and even ordered multiple bottles. But the anxiety with this was unreal. As in scary, mind altering, ER visit. Google the product, there are several others that have had the same experience. It's too bad really, because it appears to work great for a lot of people, but be aware that it does have the potential for some serious sides. Honest review, yea right buddy! Its always lame to see some people writing one bigass review, just to break a good streak for a company or product. I`ve had such great results with Anabolic Extreme products in the past (and now with Slim Xtreme) that I cant just stand by this BS that I see some people are trying to put on it. I live in florida myself, and Slim Xtreme and heat has absolutely no relation to each other. Atleast it has never given me or anyone else I know using SX any trouble at all. It gives me great clean energy, which lasts a long time. IMO, if your use is sensible, you wont ever see any of the problems the review below me claims you will. The appetite suppression is really strong, and my mood gets a slight elevation in a good way. Slim Xtreme was actually so potent that yes, the first nights I had some uneasy sleep allright, but this subsided quickly. After 4-5 days I was back to normal. I figured since I am a paying customer that I would chime in my .02 on good ol slim xtreme. I gave into the hype and bought a bottle and dove in with an unbiased open mind. Well, here it is..Popped one on an empty stomach before a shake one morn. and experienced that energy and focus everyone was talking about with the appetite suppression. It definitely had the adderall/speed feel for hours on this as did the second day of use of one cap. The energy and euphoric mood I had the first two days diminished by the third day and I'm very sensitive to stims and my adrenals were very fresh before use of SX. The appetite suppression still lingered and was strong, probably too strong for someone trying not to go catabolic. After a few days a weird feeling of anxiety crept on in and would attack at random spurts throughout the day. I have never had anxiety or took anything that has given me anxiety before. While the feel good energy was long gone even on two caps a day I still needed less sleep than normal and waking up without any grogginess...but as the day would wear on anxiety would show up and a sense of impending doom would present itself. The final straw was drawn when I realized that this product gives the user an intolerance to heat, here in Florida it gets mid 90's during the day and SX makes it much worse. I was well hydrated and still couldn't bear the heat and my body felt like it was red-lining like a car being pegged out on rpm's. This stuff takes a few days to clear outta your system. Coming off this stuff makes you realize how terrible this stuff is. Stayed in a manic mood for a few days with anxiety and couldn't sleep at all. When I finally was able to sleep, I slept for 15 hours. Finally after four days I was back to my normal self and all the ill side effects waned away. No more anxiety, feeling of impending doom, cottonmouth, panic attacks, and intolerance to heat. The intolerance to heat thing is kinda scary, could aid in a fatal heat stroke in a SX user. I actually predict EMS will have to aid in something of the sort with SX. The only thing it does well is the appetite suppression. The rest of the side effects outweigh the benefits on an epic scale large enough where I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Seriously. I guarantee there isn't a better appetite suppressant on the market, at least not legal. It gives a constant, small boost in energy throughout the day. No crash, no strange side effects, it just feels like you extra energy. It also gives you focus. I don't know if everyone notices that, because it can be quite subtle, but when you really get down to it, it's there. Wow. Note -- the first week you WILL sleep less and be up. So what. The next day, get up, take slim xtreme and you won't even notice that you had hardly any sleep. Honestly, get a bottle of it.... really. I can't express how good this stuff is. I am impressed! I was afraid to drink my normal preworkout cup of coffee, because I was having so much energy from the slim x even an hour and a half after taking it, and during my workout, I was so hyper, I couldnt stand to weight the 2 minutes I ususally take between sets. Biggest effect I have from it is portion control- I like to eat what can I say? My question is this: After my 45 day period of taking one pill every morning when I wake up, do you think it wise to buy this product again or allow for my body to cycle off? Helped me lose the 5 lbs of stubborn fat I had for the end of my cut, with less cardio than i had been doing. Mainly due to the appetite suppresion. Eating is optional now.
