It seemed to put me into a more trance state at times probably due to the low dose of gaba and products combined. so it seemed to help a bit with sleep. A little extra Alpha GPC for maybe brain function if you are not getting this in your diet, i think i am getting enough of it as I eat well balanced, green tea is in this aas well, so if you are losing body fat fairly quickly to quickly this can help boost the metabolism. L Dopa high extract is nice and I guess it helps sleep, and I think it helps body fat reduction and mental well being. Shilajit is interesting. b6, Vt C, Zinc are all nice. This product has strong adaptogens in it to help deal with external stresses. The most pure L-Dopa I know of on the market, and a myriad of other benefits ones you begin to research the ingredients. My wife uses a half dose before bed and gets great sleep. She has insomnia so this is excellent. She has not had to user her Ambien since she started taking it. It seems to be weight dependent as well so if you are under 150 lbs you can take less and still get the benefits. Both of us have noticed recomposition effects as well as less soreness in the days following serious workouts. I am about to finish my first bottle and start the second.
