Androstenetrione, or 6-Trione, is more commonly known under the trademarked name of 6-OXO by LPJ Research, Inc. 6-Trione is what is known as a suicide inhibitor of aromatase. This means that 6-Trione binds to the aromatase enzyme in a permanent and irreversible manner, rendering it inactive. The result of this is an eventual diminishment of aromatase enzyme in the body and a concomitant reduction in estrogen levels. A corresponding increase in testosterone production is usually experienced as well. If you are using it to combat estrogen during a cycle of aromatizable substances then you can take it every day of your cycle, once a day (preferably with your evening meal) at a dosage of 200-600 mg. If you are using it to jump-start your testosterone production after a cycle (or just to increase your own natural production in a clean state) then you would also take 200-600mg of 6-Androstenetrione once a day, for a period of 3-6 weeks. This product has also been shown to work exceptionally well in transdermal formulas, even helping to combat the symptoms of gyno.

Noticed some leaning out effects and a small increase in acne which tells me it was boosting some test. Doses where 300mg at night before bed, probably would have worked better if I utilized it in a transdermal carrier, as for oral supps I feel Restore and rebound are slightly better. Test Boosting?
