Great product to get ripped, I put my sesamin oil in a old clean IGIA spray snore bottle. It gives you easy dosing as each spray is 1ml. You can find clean spray bottles at drug stores take home wash put in sesamin oil or a fat burning combo. Try sesamin oil, olive oil for increases thyroid activity, and depending on how many ml. the bottle will hold dissolve measured amounts of yohimbine and other hcl. fat burning products. Just be sure to dose correctly.

Dosing is tricky and greasy but this leaned me up quite a bit. I eventually just sipped a bit from the bottle as all other methods produced a greasy mess. Maybe I overdosed a bit but who cares, it worked :)

Well, I've tried my share of sesamin products and this one seems to be well worth the money especially at 50%+ less than retail, nice work Primaforce, nice work NP! With the bulk its easier to increase the dosage to fit the middleweight category, 2-3grams seems to be just right

This seems like an outstanding value, and people swear by the liquid rather than pill form. However, the downside is pain-in-the-tail dosing (particularly away from home); everything eventually gets greasy and nasty; I ended up simply using a partial teaspoon to dose instead of the gimmicky oral doodad (which raises a LOT of eyebrows when used at work); with the partial teaspoon I'm pretty sure I dosed way too high, as product lasted less than a month.

Ever since avant changed their formula, i noticed that it was less effective (this includes avant's capsules and liquid, and np's bulk sesamin. Primaforce feels like avant used to. IMO, it's the best sesamin out right now.
