I bought a kilo of this just because of the great price. Apparently from what I understand because of the ethyl ester factor you can: A) No load needed just daily dosage B)Less amount needed rather than 10g's a day only 3 - 5g's needed. I bought this and tried it and so far am happy with the results. I take mine with Grapefruit Juice (GFJ)30 minutes before working out. I get incredible pumps and helps with my energy / endurance in the gym I believe. Love this product, love teh planet, even more love the prices!

Experienced increased stamina with this product. Didn't feel much at 2 grams, tweaked it a little by upping the dosage to 3 grams, this was all it took to start experiencing the effects. Will definitely purchase this again.
