They fit 1/4tsp roughly, can't beat the price. We just need some new colours to help distinguish between the caps when I have to take them in my bag.

i love these caps, they fit perfect into my capping machine and i use them for my bulk powders like powerfull, because they fir so snug into my capping machine there is very little spill, cheers nutra

I have tried the NOW foods caps, they seemed a tiny bit smaller . I love they different colours it allows me to easily replace the caps . These are very high quality at a very affordable price. The best I have tried , i already went through 2000 of them , and they can take some serious tamping

Their gelatin capsules which can hold up to 900mg per capsule....They are purple and white and serve their purpose. I like them because I mix powders together and they look funky in clear white capsules...this covers the powder color and they look cool. they look like prescription caps
