NO-Xplode Side Effects
No Xplode is a pre-workout supplement intended to intensify your muscle-building experience while increasing your endurance. As with any bodybuilding supplements, possible side effects always exist. This product is not recommended for anyone pregnant or nursing, or anyone under the age of 18. You should always consult a physician before starting to take any new supplement or before changing your diet or exercise regimen. If you have a family history of or you yourself suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or any other serious medical issues, it is not recommended that you seek the advice of a health care professional before taking this product.
Because NO Xplode can be heavily concentrated along the urinary pathways, the renal glands tend to have to work harder than normal. While this is not a problem for the average healthy person in the short term of reaching the next workout level, anyone with a history of renal disease in particular should be very careful. The most common side effects are:
- Jitteriness
- Nervousness
- Sleeplessness
The best way to combat these is to begin with half the recommended dose to see how you are affected, then work your way up. You should also always take No Xplode in the mornings. Another side effect that some have mentioned is muscle cramping. This is not actually a side effect of No Xplode, but a result of dehydration, as caffeine acts as a natural diuretic. It is important to drink plenty of water throughout the day. The ingredients in NO Xplode that can cause possible side effects are also the ingredients that help you to have a stronger, longer, harder workout experience. Use your smarts, and don’t overdo it.
Do not take this product with any other stimulants and never take more than the instructions indicate. Be sure to check with your doctor about drug interactions if you are on any prescribed or over the counter medications.
