But this tastes like VOMIT with a hint of vanilla. I like Scivation's whey proteins, but this stuff absolutely is the worst tasting supplement I have EVER used. If you buy, I suggest sanding off your taste buds prior to squirting this stuff into your mouth. This meal-replacement has a fantastic profile, however the taste is a little rough in just plain water....Its much better in milk. So for now I use 16 oz milk, 1 scoop of BSNs Syntha 6 chocolate, and 2 scoops of this pre and post workout. Good stuff. My only drawback to the vanilla flavor is that it has a weird aftertaste. It's weird, like a sharp Parmesan cheese or something. The chocolate doesn't have this aftertaste though. I drink raw eggs! But this stuff is nasty which is rather unfortunate considering the profile is outstanding. Whatever the "High-Phospholipid Complex" is, it really does produce a pleasant, creamy mouth feel, even when Solution is prepared with water. The taste is trickier. The chocolate flavor does an admirable job masking the taste of all the fruit and vegetable extracts in Solution, but it can't erase that taste completely. I found blending it with half a frozen banana does a good job of making the "fruitiness" compliment the chocolate flavor better. Best Meal Replacement Shake! All the others are just protein and other fillers that don't make a meal in my opinion! I have tried many barands of protein and a lot are decent mixed in milk but I cannot stomach them in water, this on the other hand is suprisingly good |
