It gives you easy dosing as each spray is 1ml. You can find clean spray bottles at drug stores take home wash put in sesamin oil or a fat burning combo. Try sesamin oil, olive oil for increases thyroid activity, and depending on how many ml. the bottle will hold dissolve measured amounts of yohimbine and other hcl. fat burning products. However, the downside is pain-in-the-tail dosing (particularly away from home); everything eventually gets greasy and nasty; I ended up simply using a partial teaspoon to dose instead of the gimmicky oral doodad (which raises a LOT of eyebrows when used at work); with the partial teaspoon I'm pretty sure I dosed way too high, as product lasted less than a month. Better than Avant???? Primaforce feels like avant used to. IMO, it's the best sesamin out right now. |
