The taste is passable, it'll mix without fighting too hard, and it has digestive enzymes. That's stellar if you get GI discomfort or gas from some proteins. Back in the day, this was also *very* reasonably priced. I loved it. Not anymore it seems. -Alexander the best the industry has to offer!!!! By: raymondReview posted on: Mon Sep 29 19:55:43 -0400 2008 I been drinking 100% whey since optimun first introduce it to the supplement world.They are the only supplement company that i know who cares for the body builder who's bodys cannot tolerate milk in the protein powders.This is the king on the mountain top that all others try to imitate but ca never duplicate .I work out to dam hard and put my body through hell in the gym to give it substandard protein powder bacause it's cheaper my body deserves the best and in return my body can stand on it's own in any line up !! What you put in your body is what you get in return this is the differnce between being in the top 5 and not being called at all! USED TO BE A FAN OF ON UNTIL.. American Whey Double Dutch Chocolate is better and is less expensive. However, if you really want to go with this, I would rate this my 2nd best behind the previously mentioned American Whey. I keep looking for a better protein and a better price, but I still haven't found one (and I've tried a lot of different proteins). The price, even now, is fair and competitive.
