You don't even know its working, because you won't get anxious with a rapid heart beat and sweaty hands, but it is working well. Just feel awake and alert, but also not jittery and wired. Appetite is demolished. If you liked SX, and arent one of those pansies that said they had to go to the hospital give this a shot. Very close, but... It works very much like SX did, but instead of each dose feeling like the first, you build a tolerance to this. I've taken 3 of these and had a nap. I have only taken Lean EFX for one day, but it has totally curbed my appetite ALL day. I took it at 7am and it is now 9:30 and I have no desire to eat anything. Although I do not think it feels as clean as the SX. Lean EFX has made me feel a little edgy, but I am not jittery. So far I am pretty impressed with it. Not quite as good as my first day on SX, but EFX is legit. Nope, not even close. I took it and within the first 2 months i lost 20 lbs. Thought wooohoooo, this is amazing. Well I took a 45 day break from it, and it's been down hill since. When I first bought it I couldn't find any bad reviews on it, it was to new. After I started experience side affects I started doing more in dept research. I found that what I was going through, there were quite a few others going through the same thing. I have started having blurred vision, blackouts, dizziness, severe headaches, chest so tight I can't breath, pain in my back and neck from my body tightening up so much from the wired feeling, memory loss, ended up in the hospital after taking one due to passing out while driving. Again, I took these for 6 months before any of this started happening. I read a few other reports where people ended up in the hospital due to kidney problems, liver problems and some of the other side affects as mine. AMAZING By: nicoleReview posted on: Sat Oct 01 10:08:51 -0400 2011 i had used lean efx previously around feburary 2011, i loved the results i had gotten so last saturday, having been cycled off for quite some time, i gave it another try. its been exactly one week since i brought it, and 6 days since ive started taking it (I started the day after purchasing) and i have gone from 131 to 126! pure FAT. all my muscle is more defined, i cant wait to finish this bottle and see the end results! I would deffinatly recommend this to anyone who carries a healthy lifestlye, this product masks appetite so you MUST REMEMBER TO EAT. i myself eat 5-6 meals a day, 2 are usually protein shakes with 2 rice cakes, the others are lean meats and veges, and i try to avoid fruits because my body doesnt process sugars so well, or carbs for that matter IF YOURE SERIOUS ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS get this product! but you musttttt remember to eat and stay hydrated! otherwise when you cycle off this product you will gain back all the weight and it will be twice as hard to take it off good luck to everyone who tries this (: im still as impressed as the first time! Lean-efx By: PaulReview posted on: Fri Apr 22 15:31:38 -0400 2011 I have been takeing the lean efx for a week now and it makes me feel very energized within about 10 mins of takeing 1 pill in the morning at about 7:45 8:00 ish for the first 3 days I could not go to sleep at all then at about 230 in the morning the 4 th day I went to sleep till 5 ish when I take them I workin in a automotive shop helping clean up parts and baseicly being a helper and within 5 mins of it being active To were u can feel the energy I start sweating like crazy I originally got the pills fro My brother and he told me that I should drink plenty of water and carbohydrates or I will get dehydrated very fast and that is a fact even drinking a whole big bottle of smart water I do the dehydration test that my father taught me when he was a medic were u hold your fingers put straight and sqweez the skin on the middle joint on your finger and if it take a few seconds for the skin to go down then it means your dehydrated and within 20mins I problly franks 1 and a half of the bIg smart waters and was still kinda dehydrated but the first 3 days I didn't want to eat anything and really didn't even feel like drinking anything but forced myself and I didn't follow the directions were it says to eat a meal with it which I never dis so I never eaten anything until 3 or 4 in the morn and it is a bannana for the potassium or kiwi or any fruit because Im not hungry at all but over all I am not sure how much weight I've lost but. Everyone says then can tell already by the skinner my face got as my jae bone started to show along with my sholders tone up I like this but I am I heavy set guy and I don't want to get my blood pressure up and it has to rise it because of how heated the pill makes u I mean even when I take a break for lunch at the shop I'm still constantly sweating but sweating is loosing weight so I'm cool with it lol. I use all but 3 pill of 2 bottles worth. Seems like the last 5 or 6 pills gave me an allergic reaction. I have dermatitis now. BAD! what is it in this product that is making me break out now? Never been one to take or believe in these products, but i tried slim x and loved it. Was crushed when they took off market. Been looking for something similar and found lean efx. First day to try. Felt it immediately. No jittersor nausea feeling. Feel good and will update on day 10. Hope for the best. Eat, sleep , TRAIN...... that's what I love. SX replacement HELL YEAH!! I am glad I found this in Lean EFX. This product does last all day at one pill a day. The appetite reduction is awesome...it is so easy to control your eating habits with this that for me in that regards is stronger than SX. Energy is well...what can I say?? Awesome and for me last's a little longer than 12 hours. Enhanced mood, I have been in great moods since starting this product!!! I think I have found my Slim X replacement and if you are looking for one too, you might just want to invest this baby. It might surprise you :) Really interesting formula and great product!!! BP |
