The increase in test levels is apparent based on increase in acne on back/shoulders and a libido that went through the roof. Would be good as a stand alone (as I did) or as part of a PCT. However, is a slow process for the typical "kick in" act usually kicks in around wk 3-4 @ 6 caps per day. Dosing it @ 4 caps per day is useless. So its best to buy 2 months worth. Act is in the top 3 for me..if I had to rank the top 3 it'll be: 1. Testo pro - kicks in no later than a week and is one of the most proven and potent test boosters I've taken. Great for cutting or lean bulk. The bioavabaility makes up for the minimal ingredients. 2. Bioforge - well dosed in ingredients of only icarrin, forskolin, and i3c is what makes this a strong product 3. Well dosed but the kick is delayed..but effective for either cutting or bulking. I am using this as directed twice a day right now and am on week 3. I'm stacking it with Nutra Planet's AAKG and NOW's Maca and am loving this cycle. I'm not big in extreme testosterone and prohormone supps, so this one works very well for me. It does great in giving me the endurance to survive a harsh workout, has added good strength gains, good physical physique, and rock hard muscles, especially on my arms and chest. Libido is on top of it's game and haven't had too bad of a problem with acne breakouts. It does cause me to sweat a lot. I will use this stuff again a couple months from now. Does what it says. I am over forty, and it doesn't make necessarily me feel 18, but certainly 10 years younger. As stated, works well for PCT or standalone--have used for both. Well worth the money. I ran it at 4 pills a day split 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I agree with the poster below in that 6 caps/day would be better. Didn't really notice much until about the 3rd week or so. It def gave me more strength and less rest time between sets. I'm always bulking but didn't see any weight gain really. Few pimples started to spring up during the 2nd and 3rd week. Other then that it no other sides. If you plan to run this, def run at 6/day. Results were slightly above average, strength gains were better than mass. The second time I used it, 2 months later, I was cutting. Nothing noticeable. Diet was perfect during the cut. Weight dropped slightly, bodyfat more-so. No noticeable boost in sex drive. Both cycles were 4 weeks, taken as directed on the label. Overall, better than a lot of supplements out there but fairly useless for anybody with decent natural testosterone levels it would appear.
