The new & improved White Flood is def. that! Better profile that provides great vasodialation and rivals the pump of CN. Still a non 1,3 dim product it provides a decent amount of energy as well. I'm currently running this with P.psyKO and it is good stuff! Nicely done CL! Also, watermelon, not a fan of the actual fruit, but this tastes like a jolly rancher. Def. worth a try! Taste 9/10 I had Furious Fruit Punch and found myself actually craving it for its taste. Mixability 8/10 It mixes up well enough that I don't have a bunch of powder left in my cup when I'm finished and that is good enough for me. Effectiveness 9/10 This is what really matters. It doesn't matter how good a supplement tastes or mixes if its ineffective. WF gave me significant, clean energy each time I used it, which was 4-5 times per week depending on my workout schedule. About twenty minutes after taking it I would be ready to abuse the weights. No crash, inability to sleep, or upset stomach. Value 9/10 Great! The Flood to end ALL! I never once felt over-stimmed or jittery, my mind stayed focus on the task at hand. Mixes perfectly and like other CL products, it has a smooth-velvety taste. This one was mediocre. I was expecting a lot more after reading about how great it is on various message boards. Maybe I had higher expectations due to that fact. My first dosing I felt very little. I had to take max doses to get anything from it. It dose have a great taste compared to other products which was enjoyable. Also note. I only use PWO when I am in PCT for 3-4 weeks. Twice a year. I've used Animal Pump, Shock Therapy, Jack3d, Clearshot concentrate, Muscle Marinade and a few other I can't remember. This one ranks right in the middle. Jack3d is still my favorite. It kicks in around 15-25 min which is better then waiting 45 min for a pill. It works best when the only time u take stims/coffee is before you work out... if you live off coffee you probaly wont feel the 'power' much. I workout 4 days in a row / 3 off and this makes the stim effect work great. Whiteflood is a great choice. I'm glad it doesn't have 1,3 dime in it...that stuff makes my stomach nausea and my brain feel weird. I also recommend listening to hatebreed- facing what consumes you about 15 minutes after you take wf. I dont get it? The only thing I think thats better in this product is the taste. It has a very good taste but I'm using 3 scoops and getting minimal energy and pump from it. Maybe it's just not for me but not a fan and won't be coming back to it again. I've used a buttload of products, and white flood is always at the top of my list. Focus + pumps are unreal ... you have to experience it for yourself to see. Only tried lemonade and very satisfied with it ... Mixes great and no clumps at bottom of shaker. Does not fizz or bubble or explode when you open the lid which can be a pain sometimes. Only thing it lacks (IMO) is an amino acid complex ... but sure enough Controlled Labs sells Purple Wraath to fix that problem! WF blows them all away! i don't notice much of a pump but i haven't noticed a pump with any pre w/o products. what i did notice was an AMAZING increase in energy and endurance. i had focus and energy unlike anything i've tried, and i have a high tolerance to stims! overall WF is great and i'll definitely use it again. I believe that CL has done something to compensate the severe clumping and moisture problem that plagued these tubs. Overall a better pre workout boost than most. |
