The extra cost just doesn't add up to any extra benifit. I gave it a fair chance at 6 months of continual usage. I just got these in this week and after being pretty down beat from work for years, I took my first regiment that night and was awake at 2am till 9 the next evening just juiced on energy. Also took it with some Fish Oil Extract. So yea, there is a huge impact from vitamins. I had to cut the dosage down so i can sleep through the night. A bit more expensive than ADAM, but now its pretty comparable on the multivitamin side and the added joint/immune support makes it shine. Its good to have your bases covered! Very Efficient! Digestion, immune, joint, and multi. So far my joints are feeling better, digestion is supposed to make you stop farting :) and yeah it helps, immune: haven't gotten sick, and all the extra macro's Cheap and effective. |
