In the gym I am calm and almost RELAXED. Training sessions seem to move in slow-motion, and sometimes I cannot believe that an hour has ALREADY passed (when it seems like I've only been in there for a few minutes). Being an aggressive person by nature, on RPM I can amplify that aggression and channel it into my training, thus providing me with better quality sessions. RPM also adds just that much more to my pump and vascularity: The pumps are great, and are painful at times, with vascularity ropes and knots of blue snaking up arms and legs. Alpha Male Feeling! I started this stuff about 3 1/2 weeks ago. First week noticed better pumps. This has approx 60mgs caffiene per pill. My wieght calls for me to have 3. (180mgs).. I called the company and they explained how its fomulated to not be an instant rush which I was all about because i dont like caffiene dependant preworkout supps (NoXplode). i started doing cardio after a week and a half because of the energy this was giving me and my 35min-40min routines seem effortless. Ive been doing cardio and then lifting everyday, all on an empty stomache. I've lost 2 lbs which all looks and feels like fat lost. My muscles look bigger, feel harder and i'm digging this. As a stand alone i'd highly recommend this for cutting. If your looking for strength and mass boosting i'd recommend stacking with a strong natural or "other" test booster. You wont be dissapointed...The new acne on my forehead gaurantees it. Hope I'm not supposed to cycle this cause i NEVER plan on it! Grrrreat!! I got tired of trying to time it perfectly and eat the right amount of carbs. RPM is so much easier and I can tell without a doubt it works. I had the best leg workout I've ever had today!! I was very skeptical of this having an androgen type effect as it states, but after taking it a few days, the feeling reminds me of how Methyl -Rage (one of the original banned ph's) used to feel (which was an awesome feeling I may add). I have had an immediate jump in strength, noticeably better pumps, and this stuff is feakin' anger in a bottle at 5 caps! If you get stuck in traffic on your way to the gym after you take this, you will be ready to rip someone's head off. I am not sure how this product is actually affecting the adrogen receptors with Icaarin and Naringin, but it is definitely doing something. I give it a 5 for living up to the strength increase claim, making me angry, and the price not being too ridiculous. It did! Slight nervousness, but that's just how caffeine does me, but not much really when you account for the amount of energy it provides versus just caffeine. Great product; innovative. Oh, and why do you people rate this 5 stars if it didn't even work for you...? I'm on a cutting cycle and have gained 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks while on RPM. Now I AM stacking this with a PH, but RPM definitely is causing my strength gains to go thru the roof. They sent me a bottle of RPM after winning a contest and have sent me a bunch of RPM and Drive samples. Most give me the jitters with a definitive crash at the end. They also seem to loose their effectiveness in a short period of time. I have been using RPM for nearly three weeks and it gives me a nice increase in energy without a crash. The energy surge typically lasts for about 4 hours. I not only take them pre-workout but I also take a couple of capsules first thing in the morning and again mid-afternoon on non-workout days for a daily lift in energy. You sweat like crazy no matter what you do. I estimated about 3-4 hours after consumption you will feel this effect. Since I have been using this I have left the gym completely soaked every time.
