In the past I have tried things like GABA and a few others that had very limited to no results, nothing worth mentioning. I saw all the ads for Applied Nutriceutical's HGHUp and thought, "why not?", so I gave it a try. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised! It took about a week for me to feel any effects but they were definitely noticeable. My skin tone improved, I felt generally healthier and my sleep dramatically improved. My strength throughout my workouts didn't seem to taper off, it increased my endurance during training, and my workout partner even took note. My libido shot up, which was great for me because it has been down due to the pro-hormones I've been on. Also, I noticed a definite decline in soreness and I saw strength in most exercises. By the end of the bottle I had lost 1.4% B.F. and put on 7 lbs! I don't know how many of you have had similar results, but this definitely wont be my last bottle! I found taking all 5 caps pre workout with a pure isolate shake works well. When a single carb or more is eaten 2 hours previous or 2 hours after the results stop, which sucks because i love carbs but that is the only way this product works. The first bottle i split my doses and it didn't work for me. This company does some sketchy things like making claims this will pack on 10 pounds in 6 weeks, having employees write reviews all over the internet, and sending mass email telling people to write reviews fro free product, but overall this product will help you cut some fat well or pack on a few pounds of muscle. The sleep and recovery on this product was better than any other product I've tried. This is my favorite natural hgh supplement. I leaned out quite a bit on this and gained strength which is tough to do on a calorie deficit. Like I said though the quality of sleep you get on this product is pretty amazing and worth the price of admission alone. I really started seeing better recovery after week 2 and had much more aggression in the gym which I enjoyed but was not expecting. Will definitely do this again but next time I'll run two bottles because the effects seemed to be ramping up all the way through my cycle. No side effects at all and mood was excellent on this...even gave me a nice libido boost too. As long as you feed your muscles enough protein and don't take this with any carbs you'll see results. |
