I have been very disappointed in this product. I like Appnuts products but this product has failed to deliver. It actually lowered my libido and workouts or general well being was not improved at all. If you want to increase test levels try DAA PURE. DAA is working great.

Need to take the Max dose By: andrew

I decided to try this supp, let me say at 6 caps one's mucscle density is very pronounced and fat turns into muscle. Unfortunately at 4 caps it did NOTHING for me, it also gave me the runs. Its a little to pricey at 6 caps but that is where you will see recomp and some strength gains.. If you got the money then buy 4 bottles, if not, run Propadrol EP and Sustain ALpha. This supp is a versatile but I repeat one needs to take 6 caps to truely benefit from it.

FIRST time Gaining Mass in my ARMS! By: Rosie

Review posted on: Sun Oct 17 02:35:07 -0400 2010

A few notes about my nutrition and training whilst on FREE TEST: Weeks 1 and 4 were next to perfect re nutrition and training. Weeks 2 and 3 were not the best - nutrition was terrible, due to my poor sleeping (or lack of) schedule and long and busy work hours; training was even lower than usual, due to it taking my body a bit longer to recover, from just starting back into it. My 'scores' re each effect are based predominantly on my experience/progress during the time that my nutrition and training were spot on, with some small influence from my bad times there as well. Mood/Aggression: 8/10. My mood has not actually been better or worse whilst using FREE TEST, but remained a constant fluctuation on a daily basis. I have been a lot more aggressive than usual, though, especially the last week of using it, and this has actually been commented on by others. Libido: 9/10. There was a definite increase in libido and my body's readiness. This was rapid in the first week of use of FREE TEST, leveling out during the next two weeks, and rising again during my last week of use. Endurance: 8/10. I use resting pulse as a measure of my fitness and sometimes as an indicator of my endurance. Pre-FREE TEST, it was 43 beats per minute; post-FREE TEST, it is 40 beats per minute - fitness and endurance have both improved, and I am fast on my way back to my usual endurance level . . . Re endurance during training, this gradually improved over the course of my use of FREE TEST . . . Strength: 9.5/10. Despite ~13 weeks off training, my strength did not actually suffer that much, and I started back training at almost my pre-break weights. Therefore, my strength gains each week were great - for pretty much every exercise, I was able to increase my 4-5RM and 8-9RM respectively by a minimum of 10 pounds per week, which, considering the weights I was using, is beyond reasonable. FREE TEST definitely shined here. Muscle Hardness/Density: 8/10. My muscles have become noticeably harder since using FREE TEST, which is not surprising since I also started training again. However, muscle density has increased, especially in my arms, and also in legs (not that I need more muscle in my legs). Body Composition and Look: 9/10. Pre-FREE TEST I was 124.6lb at 14.3% bodyfat (BF). Post-FREE TEST I am 117.4lb at 12.6% BF. Although my body composition pre to post-statistics is not very impressive, only losing 1.7% BF overall, the two weeks - week 1 and week 4 - that both my nutrition and training were as they should be, I made progress by leaps and bounds, losing 0.1% BF per day! The BF loss is most noticeable in my midsection . . . I am going to make a small note re WEIGHT here: Loss over the first week was 7.8 pounds, and the last week, it was 7.2 pounds - yes, I regressed a lot over weeks 2 and 3, but once I was back on the wagon, the loss was RAPID, the fastest ever of any product that I have ever used when all factors are spot on . . . Re girths, overall just over an inch was lost from my waist and hips, and just under an inch was GAINED in my arms (whilst skinfolds DEcreased). I am highly pleased with the increase in muscle mass in my arms, and this has been the most rapid growth that I have ever made in my arms (which, coincidentally, is a 'lagging' bodypart). Cortisol Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my cortisol levels from pre to post-FREE TEST, I was not able to get bloods done this time. I WILL note, though, pre-FREE TEST I was highly stressed and was for the first time in my life experiencing some cortisol build-up in my midsection; over my time on FREE TEST, although my stress has remained high - and has in fact gotten HIGHER than it was pre - when my nutrition and training were fine, the stress has been manageable, and cortisol decreased noticeably those weeks. Testosterone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my hormone levels from pre to post-FREE TEST, I was not able to get bloods done this time. Overall: 9/10. I am making my overall grade based on the progress/results experienced predominantly with body composition and strength when ALL factors were spot on - indicating what FREE TEST is capable of with all factors near perfect, and also, although I made some incredible progress over the 26 days of using FREE TEST (progress re strength and endurance were still made in weeks 2 and 3, even if I regressed re body composition), I stacked it with Drive and IGF-2, and I believe that they were a result of using all three products. Despite that, my results show that if you have the important factors (i.e. nutrition and training) correct, then using a supplement like FREE TEST can enhance your progress just that much more. Would I use again? Yes. One bottle is definitely not long enough to get the full benefits of FREE TEST, so next time, I am going to use TWO bottles back-to-back (i.e. 8 weeks). Would I recommend? Yes. FREE TEST provides solid results re improvements in overall fitness, especially when everything else is spot on, and is worth using for the individual wanting an extra edge on top of their nutrition and training.

Free Test Works! By: Adam

This is the one test booster I confirmed with blood work that actually boost test levels. My baseline test is around 220. Two weeks into Free Test my testosterone was up to 550 and stayed there until the bottle was finished.

Very effective as a novice/intermediate By: Donald

Decided to try this out after finding a very very low price for a Black Friday sale. Used a single bottle over a four week period, stacked with Somnidren-GH ULTRA. My diet and training regimen were typical protocols I have used many time successfully in the past; the only change to my training practices was the addition of these two supplements. I trained principally for strength gains rather than physique changes while using Free Test. During four weeks of heavy, full body training I increased my bench by 25 pounds, deadlift by 40, and squat by 10. I gained 2.5 pounds during this time. From visual assessment I dropped a small amount of body fat and increased thickness of arms, chest, and shoulders; however, I did not take any hard measurements of skin fold or body composition. This is my first time using anything other than basic supplements (such as protein powder, multivitamin) and basic sleep aides (zinc, etc) in my 2.5 years of training. Aside from the very early months when I first began lifting, these are by far the quickest and most rewarding gains I have ever experienced. I have consistently made slow but steady gains in all lifts, but have never before made such radical strength gains in a one month period of time. I give Free Test four stars because I am sure it was not the only reason for my gains, and because my significant gains as a rookie lifter may not apply to more advanced lifters. For my circumstances, though, it worked tremendously well. I would strongly recommend trying this product out to anyone with a solid foundation of a couple years lifting experience. who would like to boost the steady gains they have been making. Other thoughts: noticed a significant increase in sex drive for the duration. While I am still a novice lifter, from a personal standpoint I feel this product worked quite well.

Used for 8 weeks, Company reps kept telling me keep waiting it will kick in. I did not feel a damn thing. No strength boost, no libido boost, nothing. And one of my pills had nothing in it! Spent over $80 for 2 bottles. They even had someone running a log of it, who said it was amazing, after the log he suddenly became a rep for them. Hmmmm maybe they said hype this product in your log before we announce you as a rep! Kind of shady, most of the reviews for AN's HGHup are all from the same couple days on **.com from user who created their account in the same week... Will not use AN products again

Ok lets break it down shall we? I really like the looks of this product for overall test/health support, not for a pure test boosting product. Its a prop blend(yay) so in a descending order the amount of each. ALCAR being the highest which is great for a whole host of things but you aren't going to get a big test boost out of it. Also don't be fooled ALCAR will not aid in fat loss either. Don't be confused since it shuttles fat from the mitochondrial doesn't equate to fat loss. For overall health yes, test boost no. Forslean is great for test boost and body comp goals. But we have no idea the amount so its prob meant to be stack with Drive for a good dose of Forslean. I have nothing bad to say about Forslean, really like it alot. Resveratrol again another great overall health product. Companies claim SERM like properties but nothing in human studies. We have no idea the amount in here as well so the dose for test boosting is prob not in here, of course we don't know if it boost tests in humans, it does in rats. Great for overall health, should help with mitochondrial health, cardiovascular health, etc. Love it being added to products. Just don't know the total amount :( Quercetin never seen anything related to test boost or test support/health. Similar benefits to Revs and they work great together. So for endurance purposes and overall health its great. 3, 7-Keto DHEA is suppose to be a great AI, haven't seen much on that myself. so I can't comment now. Mag and Zinc, great health benefits and will support test but not boost it in healthy men. Great for overall sperm health which doesn't translate to test boost or body comp changes. B Complex, ok how much and what kinds and what forms???? No clue and will guess that its a couple of B's in subpar forms(cheaper) I am not sure the amount of LH increases the product will give and if its enough to boost overall test or free up test for lean body mass gains. It may boost it enough for libido increases and some mood enhancement but thats probably it. This product was meant to be stacked so you have to pay more and I beleive its just not worth it in the big picture, paying to much for minimal gains. You can make changes in your diet but increasing your carb intake, alter protein intake and fat intake and increase test best better. Or use this in combo with what I said. Again I like the product's profile just not for what they are claiming.
