Some benefits are enhanced concentration at work and gym, appetite suppression - basically this has me eating standard plate sizes and then I feel way too full to continue (something that has not happened since I used Slim Xtreme) and my body's metabolism has sped up because my sweat glands are on overdrive. I only take one capsule a day, in the morning between 5:30am and 5:45am. That pill lasts a full day for me. Side note: It can cause a bit of sleeplessness but I wonder if it's the tall Pike Place roast I drink in the morning as well??? Overall, this product is a 4 star product for me. This tiny black pill can keep me going strong all day at work or at the gym. I was lucky enough to snatch a few bottles during the pre-sale at $10/each. Now that my stock has dropped I need to re-order. Kinda feel like im getting ripped off because I would have to pay double this time, but the quality of the product makes it worth it. The energy is very smooth and I don't experience jitters. If you take it on a completely empty stomach, you will feel a bit cracked out, so eat something light. I have tried 2 caps and its almost like a high, it is that intense. I would highly recommend this stuff! 5 stars! Not too strong, decent price though. The energy is pretty subtle, although smooth. I'm not sure if I honestly believe these previous reviews because it takes me three pills to have energy lasting all day like they claim. The price is great and it stacks great with rhodiola. |
