Not bad at all. Effectiveness: I noticed a boost in desire to Perform after taking it. I can't rate it on the ability to get my penor in working order, cuz I've never had any issues there. I really cannot tell anything from this Supplement. But I know that if given more time or using two bottles back to back there would be some results that would be shown. I've found many of them do little to nothing. This product is the exception. It is the best OTC libido/erectile enhancer out there. You may need to give it time at the split dose to allow it to build up in your body. After only a few days, my desire went through the roof. I have no problems in the blood flow department, but this stuff definitely gave an added boost there. I highly recommend this. I have used a few others that may have acted a little more quickly, however they also on occasion caused an upset stomach and to be honest who wants to feel naseau when you are trying to get busy. Taken daily this product not only worked and increased it's effects over time but in all honesty I noticed I was "hanging" more when not aroused. Nice benefit! Not saying it makes you grow, just it seemed to be more full of blood and heavier due to the PDE-5 attributes. The best part about this for me after about a week was the intensity of the orgasm. Of recent issues, I encountered a bit of a libido issue and no drive. I used the sample over a source of one week, I noticed a slight increase of libido department which is a good thing, but my samples ran out lol. I never really have much of an issue with sex but with this I noticed that my erection were easier to get back after my sessions were done. Also I felt orgasm were partially more full. I'm pretty active with my g/f right now so I wasn't sure if it was just me or the pill but I didn't feel to much difference the first day of using it. Second day of using it I really felt an increase of sexual desire and must of did it 6-7 times with my lovely girlfriend. Definitely increased my semen production, usually wouldn't ejaculate as much if I had sex with her so many times but it was the same amount of semen after every session. Third day it really felt like my member down there was getting thicker so I'm assuming it was all the blood flow increase. Finished up my sample and I must say this stuff does what it says. You'll find yourself perpetually motivated for some action. At times I've noticed that I'm basically a tinderbox ready to ignite when it's time for some action. The GF had her doubts until the second week..she doubts no more. From my experience you'll need a solid 1.5 weeks to really feel the effects kick into overdrive. This could just be me though. Another thing to note is that there are times that the perpetual "motivation" was an inconvenience given the setting or situation. On those days, I've considered dropping back the dosage, but I just can't bring myself to do so. Get yourself a bottle, give it a week or more and you'll be glad you did it.
