It protects every aspect you may encounter, blood pressure, cholesterol, liver protection and list goes on. Truthfully speaking, I tried making a homemade cycle support to try to save money. But it turned out that I end up spending more. Some complain about the taste, but its not bad at all. Mix it in your shake or something.
