Shipping & Returns

Domestic and International Shipping Policies:

  • Customers will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and country of destination. Domestic and International orders are sent through FedEx or U.S. Postal Service.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order made out in U.S. dollars.
  • Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
  • For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
  • Please note that in our efforts to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we require all new customers with orders flagged by Verisign to undergo a verification process. If the order is flagged, we will require the customer to email us the authorization code for this transaction before we will process and ship the order. This authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking, and the authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction. NOTE: THE AUTHORIZATION CODE IS NOT THE CCV NUMBER.
  • We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
  • All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
  • No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. NutraPlanet is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

Return Information:

  • All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product
  • No unauthorized returns
  • No returns on opened or used merchandise
  • Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee(except for damaged goods)
  • For the safety of our customers, bulk powders are not returnable for exchanges, credits, or refunds under any circumstance
